When he reached the entrance, he stepped into the corridor. The thought of talking to a doctor who didn't have the most cheerful tone of voice didn't presage anything most likely good. Although the rain had already managed to wet his clothes, he didn't want to rush anywhere. Fox closed the car and slipped his hood more over his head and marched towards the white-lit entrance. He immediately felt a mass of droplets falling from the sky on him. Nick put his hood over his head to avoid getting wet and then got out of the car. When he stopped he could hear the raindrops hitting the bodywork and windows of the car, which upon impact flew down the side of the car leaving a dozen streaks in their wake. That was exactly the impression he got when he pulled into the car park and found a space for himself at the entrance. At the sight of it, and the sight of the ambulances that stood outside the building Nick swallowed his saliva hard, he had never liked places like hospitals, it had always been associated with something negative and not very friendly. He was so preoccupied with the situation that his right leg that he was operating the gas was trembling every time he pressed it.įinally, after 25 minutes on the road, Nick saw a large glass skyscraper on a modern street with a white and blue sign hanging from it: "Zootopia Central Hospital". A few times Nick had to stop at a red light, but it was even better for him, he could calm down while driving and breathe. The road Nick was driving on was practically empty, no one had driven his route during this older dreary holiday night. So much red precious plasma had been spilled that even his uniform was partly soaked in her blood. He had seen for himself how much blood Judy had lost lying barely conscious at the counter. Soon Nick was out from under his house and heading towards the central hospital in Zootopia. It was quite cold outside and a chilly, unfriendly wind was blowing which sent shivers down the body of anyone walking down the street during this gloomy night. Although it was dark and he couldn't see the dark planes in the black sky that were getting bigger and bigger and heralded more and more blooming rain, Nick guessed that the rains were going to come down harder and harder. Outside it was starting to rain more and more, which was increasing with each passing moment. After checking that everything was off, Nick got into his car at a run, checking once again that he had all his documents with him. ![]()
